Additional Terms
Basically, I think I could be getting $750 for the rooms listed.
So I'd like you to be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep
of the whole 199 Carter property, to the extent where you are providing
a service worth roughly $200/month. "Worth" of course is a relative
term, but we are friends and I think we can resolve any difference in
expectation we have. The services provided should be: expertise,
regular inspection of the property and identification of needs,
planning, transportation of materials, and labour. Raw materials
will always be covered by me (I must be consulted before purchase),
any tool costs shall be decided on a job-by-job basis.
