The Many Faces of Shandy Brown

This art project started in 1999. It is an analysis of how we project assumptions on to others based on how we appear. Do I look like my personality? Is my personality influenced by how I look? What happens when one tries to look like the opposite of who they think they are? How do others react?

To answer a frequently asked question, each hairstyle lasted at least 2 weeks. (except the cornrows whose itchyness earned them an early exit after 1 week)
